Personal psychotherapy / Counselling / Conversation / Online therapy appointments 

in-person, online, phone, or video with Sade

Weekly sessions from 

£80 per 50mins for adult individuals

£120 per 1 hour for couples

Single Session Therapy - one off lone session from £120 per 1hr for adult individuals

Fees for insurance companies, organizations, production companies, training, courses and other services differ.

I am approved by and registered with Aviva, AXA, Cigna, Bupa insurance companies and several others to provide individual therapy in the UK. If you or your company have private health insurance, contact me to see which others I accept as they may all not be listed here. 

Please note that you will need to seek pre-authorization from your insurance to proceed.

Fees for Couples Workshops (2025 - 2026)

£1,680 per couple - 5 month programme

(Payment plans available – split into 3 instalments to be completed 60 days before the programme begins)
